That it was really clean and the hotel had a bar inside.

That the staff wasnt good at communicating when we asked for simple things.

Pleasant. The staff made all the difference.

Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent.

The hallway sink between the coffeemaker and the microwave should have a paper towel affixed to the wall above the sink. Wiping one's hands is difficult when walking with wet hands into the bathroom to wipe one's hands.

Overall a good and affordable stay.

It seems very new and clean. The staff were friendly. There was a problem with my booking, and the supervisor handled very well and was very polite. The room was much larger than I expected.

It was a bit loud. We could hear people walking down the hall and in the room next to us. I know thats nit picking, but it seemed the walls were pretty thin compared other hotels Ive stayed in.

Location said it had breakfast included but it didnt have any at all!! Evidently they didnt have any buggies to carry luggage up to the room. They stated someone was using them we waited for a while during check in and they still didnt have any available! Next morning same thing no lugggage buggies during check out. We asked same thing! We looked on every floor no buggies to be found and seen no one using them either! So we tired everything up and down each way! Also no ice machine was working either !

Good location Nice and new Clean

Reserved a handicapped room Did not get a handicapped room Reserved for 4 guests, only towels for 2. Had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. It's the little things that make a stay nice......like towels and toilet paper.
