King size bed, recliner in room, walk-in shower.

Toilet didn't flush correctly. Remote/TV didn't work even after battery replacement. No vending machines.in entire hotel. No courtesy shop in the hotel.

Bad deal from both booking.com and by Windham Ft. Worth.

Don't know. Never got a change in reservation days.

Fort Worth Dr. appointment changed immediately after booking and I attempted to change booking date. I was told by booking.com to contact the property directly. When I did so the property told me it had to be changed by booking and that they couldn't help me. Booking.com notice said I wouldn't be charged but I was and I have not received a refund. I have screen shots of what I'm saying.

The hotel is infested with bed bugs and the staff acts like they are surprised. All 3 rooms we were switched to were infested. It's disgusting
