Shouldnt have to pay 50 bucks a nihbt for valet and should have to pay 100

The price of valet was outrageous Having to pay a deposit for every night I was ridiculous

This was straw that broke camels back! Rooom was filthy, bed was uncomfortable, no toilet paper, towels were dirty! Condom behind toilet!!

Nice place to stay other than the parking issue.

either high valet parking or parking block and a half away (especially bad in morning when checked out and having to haul luggage a block and a half).

I liked all The front desk and waiters at the restaurants & bar, very professional and friendly

The housekeeping was a big disappointment, I stayed 4 nights and they only made the room & changed towels one night and that only after I had to beg them to do it. I am surprised for th quality of the hotel the housekeeping was not up to par.

Most magical place I have been.

I have traveled all over and stayed at some of the best hotels in the world. This hotel was by far the most amazing place I have ever stayed. From the rooms, to the service and amenities there is no better place on earth. I hope to be back.
