If you see this on booking, then you should book it right away. It was fantastic. Communication was great. 4 floors, 5 balconies, elevator, garage, location

The address was a touch hard to find. Wifi struggled in the elevator and the master bed room floor.

Exceptional

Stunning Villa, Great Location, Beautiful Marina View.

This was a beautiful villa attached to an apartment block and much bigger than we expected. It was arranged over four floors but thankfully had a private internal lift. The rooms were huge and there were balconies in all directions on every floor. It was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed (washing machine, dryer, kitchen, garage etc.) There was easy access to the shared pool and security at reception were able to help with taxis. Deluxe Holiday Homes even helped us to check in and out late at night as we had overnight flights. This was really useful. Their communication via email and Whatsapp was helpful too. We were also allowed to pay the AED7500 deposit via credit card rather than cash, which was a relief. This was fully refunded but we paid a small transaction charge. The location is great and is close to everything at the Marina. Overall, this was a much bigger place than we needed but it was a stunning villa and we would definitely stay there again.

It would have been more of a relief to know the full address and deposit information earlier (we booked very last minute). Some of the taxis found the address information hard to follow but the security guards were very helpful.
