Out of town, quiet location. Nice to have a deck

Listed as 2 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the living room - they were just sofas not sofa beds so we had been thrown with the planned sleeping arrangements. No apology or help from the staff Re: incorrect layout, they just blamed booking.com It was pretty basic, cluttered & the front of the oven kept falling off

A holiday park in a great location nestled in greenery.

A holiday park in a great position. I liked the self-contained holiday unit for the size, facilities and comfort. It was really nice to have an equipped kitchen and lounge area to be able to cook, relax and watch tv together. A beautiful area; very green and scenic. We enjoyed the games room and the jumping pillow (though it was only up the first day of our three day stay). Great location for north-eastern suburbs. Would have liked to have stayed longer

Our unit was in an older unit. Some of the utensils/cookware needed an additional clean (a touch of oil residue).

Absolutely delightful and would stay here again.

The cabin size was really good for 6 adults. It was a beautiful location by the brook and very peaceful. The temporary caretakers were very hospitable, and even filled up the firewood box for the campfire, but sadly it rained and we didnt get to sit around the firepit.

The shower is really small.

Beautiful spot, needs a clean

The location was lovely, nice and close to shops and very quiet. The playground looked great although it was raining so we didnt get to enjoy it.

The price of the cabin seemed excessive given the park was practically empty apart from caravans. I would also expect that, at this price point, there would be at the very least some hand soap provided. The cabin was grubby, especially the corners in the bathroom (which also had a urine smell) and under the couch, I had to reach under to retrieve my sons toy and the dirt etc was pretty gross.

Spacious accommodation, neat and tidy, nice and quiet, plenty to do for our short stay.

I stayed at Crystal Brook a couple years ago for a hockey tournament at Greensborough, and we came back for the same thing this year because we knew the park would be neat and tidy and good value for money, and fit a large group. Also the check in system for after hours is very easy. The kids loved the game room, especially the ping pong.
