Very good

Staff were very pleasant and provided all the required information and even suggestions for travel options and what to do nearby.

The noise from the nearby trains was the only downside.

We enjoyed our stay at soya apartments and would be happy to stay there next time we visit Melbourne

Location was great Ipad kept my son happy Bed was super comfy

Can hear the people in the room above moving around while trying to sleep.

Superb

Perfectly suited to fit our family of 5 as there was plenty of space for everyone. The location within walking distance to South Yarra train station was a huge bonus for us as our kids didnt have too far to walk. Easy access to plenty of food options that were family friendly, and a short walk to Chapel street meant even more!

Streaming access on both TVs would have been nice but it wasnt a big deal in the end as the wifi worked perfectly on other smaller devices.

Great spot, tidy and spacious room. Very enjoyable stay.

A really good value for money hotel. Great location, comfy bed, spacious rooms, clean. I really enjoyed this spot.

Having a wifi access code. I just used my own device in the end. The couch was very uncomfortable but we only stayed two nights - had it been longer I wouldn't have been happy.

It was ok.

It was in a good location.

Things seemed shoddily put together, cupboards not closing properly, dirty screens, Blocked exhaust fans, broken shower mixer: very uncomfortable lounge seating. Very noisy, right on the train station. Noise from other guests in halls and apartment; floating boards make everything echo. On check-in staff tried to get me to cancel through booking and pay directly through them for a discount on parking from $30 to $10 a night!

but were clean the bed were comfy and overall was a pleasant experience.

They don't have car parking one of the disadvantages and also a kettle for example for tea and coffee and also no tissues in the bedroom.

Very good

Comfy and spacious stay with perfect location, but not for a light sleeper.

Perfect location, close to shopping strip, restaurants, train station, and tram stop. Spacious common space within the apartment. Comfly beds with good room size. Clean and easy checkin. Coffee machine and pots are a nice touch.

As it is closer to the streets, music from nearby bar can be heard late at night. And the acoustic between rooms and floors are not so great for light sleeper. Foot steps and between floor travelling along the share corridor and stair can be heard easily in late night.
