Location was good, room was nice. Breakfast was horrible and the construction was very annoying.

The location for the hotel was great. Two entrances were well-located and lots of restaurants and stores around the place. The rooms were big and the furniture was comfortable. The staff at the front desk were normal.

The breakfast was a joke. They didn't even try to make more of already gone items. They were clearly set on spending as little money as possible on the breakfast buffet, and it showed. There was loud construction right next to all the rooms every day. They of course knew about this construction in advanced but didn't mention anything about it before the arrival. Of course, they also did not discount any price for the construction.

Great stay in the heart of Shanghai

The room was spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was big and luxurious, the cleanliness was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was exceptional! Definitely recommend.

Superb

Lovely and accessible to different highlights in the city

The hotel is located conveniently to People's Square metro station, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and many malls in the surrounding area. The service provided by the hotel staff was also prompt and efficient, and housekeeping did a great job in tidying our rooms - we appreciated returning to a clean and comfortable room after a long day out.

We did not get a chance to try the other facilities.

Location - opens out to Nanjing Easy Road pedestrian street. Clean and comfy. Double bed was huge! Furnishing was nice.

Exceptional

Location was extremely convenient, only 5 minutes away from the metro station. We were given a high floor room with a view of the bund in the distance. We were also able to check in early as they had a room ready, the reception was extremely helpful and took time to explain everything to us. The room was a little old but big, and very clean. The bathroom was amazing, and the room also had very good heating in the cold winter.

A beautiful hotel that fell short on service

The location was fantastic, rooms were brand new, good spread at breakfast.

We did not like the reception, especially one of the bald guy who was cold and quite rude when handling an error with the hotel booking system. The common toilet at the ground floor was filled with smoke (the security guard was smoking inside). The room they gave to us had an error with the door bell which started ringing non-stop in the middle of the night. The designs of the room was also not thoughtful as there was no where to hang our wet towels.
