Disappointing

Avoid top floor. Hotel not my in good shape.

Location.

They gave us a room on the last floor which was very noise at night due to machinery. Hotel looks better in photos. Building state is not good.

Key cards kept having to be re done. They wouldnt work every day. 1 bed was broken. AC LOUD & doesnt work hardly. Staff was super rude. Roaches in the room. Elevators took FOREVER.

Not bad

The staff was friendly, the facility was clean & it was close to the interstate. Breakfast was good.

We had to be moved to a different room bc the air did not work even after maintenance was called. The second room temperature was comfortable but it took FOREVER for the water to get hot, unlike the first room.

My advice would be pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

Good room size

Out of 4 lifts, only one was working and we were on a high floor so stairs were not an option. The receptionist gave us one key which was to 1905 but we were checked in to 1901, so we had a huge headache trying to solve that
