The staff was exceptional! The location was great.

The facility was under construction, and the windows were covered with plastic. The ice machine only worked on the 1st floor. There was plastic and cardboard all over the hall floors. There was knocking and banging throughout the day.

It was very convenient to the NJ Turnpike and wedding location we needed to get to the next morning.

Room was clean and was just what we needed after a long travel day between MD, NY and NJ in the rain.

Had a problem trying to get the onsite reservation desk to notify them of my late arrival (after 11:30pm). I eventually called Marriott toll free number and relayed my message to them to update the hotel.

We were traveling to my brothers funeral. The front dest was very friendly and personable.

No free hot water and coffee like mostly all the other hotels we stayed in.

Great place, zero issues and close to food, grocery, and the turnpike.

The location was close to our family and the most affordable in the Mount Holly area. The outside was clean and looked well cared for. The room was clean and comfortable. The evening staff, what can I say, just fantastic! We were joking that now were obviously family and on each others holiday card list!

The only thing that I would bring to anyones attention is the shower door has a slight gap at the bottom allowing water to lay on the floor making a rather large puddle. The mat soaked it up but remained damp the rest of the remainder of our stay.

Too many issues in total to be able to list here

terrible stay. from check in trouble to the third room in one night . Because of problems with each room (alarm going off twice in the middle of the night.) three calls so far to lena riviera the Gm haven't reached her yet. very upset! (she's off today, she'll be here tomorrow..we forgot she's on vacation). just real bad, paid $194 to sleep but couldn't. apparently no one cares enough from management to hear this complaint. No apologies ever given , received a totally insulting email response from hotel with totally false statements on their part
