great location, comfortable room and excellent shower.

The airport shuttle service was most helpful --but not always clear about where to stand to get the shuttle --some confusion at times. But the service is especially nice.

The television was not the best --the audio on some channels was off and it was slow to scroll down the channels--but that's not a big deal --just wanted you to know.

Comfortable, quiet, and welcoming.

This stuff was very welcoming and pleasant, and the little bistro had the best food! The rooms were surprisingly very quiet for being close to a big city in Airport, and the beds were super comfortable.

Comfortable, safe hotel thats conveniently close to the airport. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable.

The facility is always clean and the staff is friendly, pleasant lobby area for grabbing a bite to eat and relax rather than taking food to the room.

I stay at this hotel 3-4 times per year and my experience has always been a positive one.

The location (close to Oakland Airport), the coffee and the fact that they offer overnight/extended parking with free airport shuttle to and from the airport.

The location was perfect, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating.

My flight arrived 2 hours late. I called the hotel as I was walking out of the airport terminal at 1155pm. The desk clerk arranged for a Lyft to pick me up. I was in the hotel lobby checking in 15 minutes later.

There was a little noise from an adjacent room.
