Amenities specifically the hot tub was not working which was our primary reason for booking this property No service technician was called to repair throughout our stay Hot water in shower was not working on occasion as well Feral cats roaming property, insect infestation in rooms, no housekeeping Dec 24/25, dirty public facilities, etc Staff is very rude, dismissive, unprofessional and overall poorly trained No manager on site to address our concerns and was also uninterested in discussing our concerns when finally ran into as checking out and over phone call Very very disappointed indeed

Close to the airport. Clean.

I felt a bit unsafe there. There were notices about leaving your car and how the hotel could not be responsible for its safety despite the gate surrounding the property. There was a group of young men hanging out in the parking lot that did not seem to be staying there that was loud.

Staff was great, rooms were great, breakfast was great.

The room was very large and the interior of the hotel was nice.

It was in a very industrial neighborhood that looked sketchy - bit once inside, it was very nice and served our purpose location and accommodation wise.

The beds and the pillows are soooo uncomfortable!

Convenient. Good place to stay before flying out in the morning. Only minutes away from the Oakland

Very close to Oakland Airport. Room was clean very comfortable, king bed, couch and chair. Breakfast had good choices.

I guess you get what you pay for although I feel I paid a little more than what it was worth

The night staff is excellent! Very friendly and Pleasant to work with.

There is no air conditioning in the bathroom, so it was super hot. The pool was a little over chlorinated so I couldn't get in. People with sensitive skin can't take that. Definitely need to fix the gate for security reasons for your car! And the TVs, people bring things like roku's or can watch their phone on the tv. I tried doing that and none of the plugins work! The day staff could use a little courtesy training.
