Absolutely perfect for our Christmas break visiting family.

Clean, spacious, beds and pillows amazingly comfortable. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. A restaurant/cafe downstairs is really handy but you are only a one minute walk to the heart of Hawthorn shops.

If I had to complain about anything it would be that the card keys can be disabled very easily in your handbag, the upside was that there was an on-site manager to help within 5 minutes, even late on Christmas Day.

Comfortable, well located accommodation that's close to my clients.

Great location for food and close to my client. The room was nice and quiet, which I really appreciate. Some staff are very friendly, others less so.

I needed to check in late and it took a long time to receive the confirmation that it was okay to do so and the instructions for how to access the building and my room when reception was closed. It was stressful as I had a 4 hour car drive ahead of me, with limited mobile phone coverage on route.

Housekeeping need more training and their work needs checking by senior staff. Unacceptably dirty

Location was ideal, staff were friendly

Cleanliness. The place was not cleaned properly at all. We went to phone reception to say kettle and oven door all dirty and we didnt even want to touch the phone as it was disgusting. Husband took photo and went down to reception and showed her photo and she said she would just tell housekeeping. We pulled a chair over to the table so we could place drink on it and under the chair hadnt been vacuumed in awhile. The toilet brush was mouldy and dirty. If we werent staying for a birthday, we would of asked for a refund and gone elsewhere.
