Super convenient & trendy location.

Excellently located close to Prahran markets & great restaurants. Comfortable, roomy apartment with full kitchen & separate bedroom.

It's near a party strip & is noisy on Saturday nights. There was an AC condenser noise (or something similar) next to the bedroom. This stopped by about 10 at night. The lock on the bathroom door was jammed.

A++ service, location and access to all Melbourne has to offer.

Adolfo and Kathy deserve 5 stars for their service and care. We had a lovely weekend in Melbourne complimented by an outstanding location and accomodation. This apartment is spacious with seperate living and sleeping quarters. Full size kitchen, ensuite and second bathroom. Lots of closest space, fast wifi, secure parking and offered a comfortable sleep. Close to public transport, great food options and Prahran market across the road.

Delightful.

Wonderful spacious and clean. Delightful reception crew. Perfectly located close to Pran Market and train and tram.

Only that I was unable to stay for a longer period. I look forward to returning.

Too much noise from trains across the road. Trams and traffic 30 meters away and a roof top bar next door the was open to 1.00 am. very hard to sleep

Great location but very dirty carpet and needs several other repairs.

Location next to Prahran markets and Chapel St shopping. Reasonable price.

Carpets were really dirty: dirt showed up when walking on white bathroom floor tiles. We asked for carpet to be cleaned and this was arranged promptly but the cleaners only cleaned part of the carpet and (we think) helped themselves to a semi-valuable small electronic item. The carpet needs another thorough clean because it was so dirty when we arrived. This reveals casual attention to detail by owners. The cleaners had neither time nor tools to properly maintain the room. A traffic bollard was left in a damaged state for the entire time. The lint filter on the drier was in bad shape too: needs replacement. The toilet cistern didnt work properly and leaked continually. The wifi network was slow and we had to reconnect devices every few hours. Staff did their best to help and be friendly which always leaves a good impression. Rooms could do with a couple of pieces of decorative artwork to relieve the white/dark grey monotony.

A great location south of the Yarra.

The staff were very helpful and nothing was any trouble for them. There was ample parking and the location was very convenient for not only car access but public transport. Right next door to the Prahran Market, one of the best in Melbourne.
