The Coro Hotel is a modern and comfortable hotel in Makati City, Manila. It offers a 24hr spa, rooftop bar and pool with a nice view over the city. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing hel (Read More)pful service. The Presto Suite has nice rooms and amenities, although the pool needs to be heated. Room service meals were tasty but arrived cold. The buffet breakfast catered more towards western tastes. The hotel has a great location near bars and restaurants. The customer service is exceptional, with hands-on staff who attend to all needs. Overall, it is highly recommended for its location, modernity, and friendly staff.

Very poor

Very nice and good value hotel

The hotel has since months become subject to scammers who send messages from Coros internal messaging system. The scams look very realistic since they arrive within the Booking app. According to Booking, the hotels software was compromised by hackers, but with my latest booking, the scam messages still arrived so the hotel has not addressed the compromised software.

Food at the pool-bar is terrible! Do not order anything here! We ordered a churros which was meant to come with chocolate sauce and mango crepe which was mean to come with ice cream. When the waiter brought our order, we were told sorry no chocolate sauce and no ice cream available which if we were told initially we would have never ordered. How can you eat plain churros with NO sauce?! Very disappointing!

Though breakfast was disappointing, we enjoyed our Christmas staycation.

Pet friendly, plates and cutlery for two, microwave oven! We also loved the Christmas gift.

Swimming pool. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was ok. Small kids area at the lobby. They upgraded our room with a bath tub. Thank you.

Parking was outside the hotel in an empty lot. Not bad, but it could've better if it was in the basement. There were cockroaches in the hotel. I saw 1 in our room..and twice when we were in the buffet. I called the waiter's attention. Because they were crawling around the food counter. Please have your property regular pest control.. Room was clean, but not properly cleaned. Spider webs were visible around the frame in the toilet and the 1 hanged above the bed.
