Everything is perfect. Everyone is nice and polite. Hotel is on main street for shopping. View is perfect.

Perfect business stay in Shanghai.

The hotel was Amazing, location and breakfast was perfect. Perfect for business and some sightseeing on Nanjing road. The breakfast was really good, I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The air conditioner in the room is not cool . In the night it so hot that I had wake up . I request to change the room since day 1 . But your staff come to check and say everything its ok and bring the fan to me . Its not ok for me I paid for 4 nights .

The staff were terribly unqualified, barely spoke English apart from the Check-in people. The property looks good from afar but is terribly dated from up-close..

Great service. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the view was amazing. Gym was decent enough

The room had difficulties with the electric curtain. The drain in the bathtub didn't work properly. Both minor things.

Poor staff great property

Breakfast didnt start till 6.30am so I had to leave without breakfast it was poor timing

Check in was simply atrocious big que and only two counters it took me 50 minutes to reach the check in counter and staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional.
