Nice hotel with convenient location

Convenient location with walking distance to nanjing shopping street , 25 mins walk to the Bund Nice staff and they are very helpful.

The hotel had a long history and furniture is a bit old. I lived here for 3 nights at 58/F and the last night I could heard of some dragging sound of furniture at 1:45 am and it 's quite annoying. They don't have ear plug even I have requested before.

Fantastic and comfortable stay

Great personal (housekeeping, waitress, receptionist and consierge), comfortable room with amazing views of the city, delicious breakfast and convenient executive lounge. Price is not low but worth to spend.

Top quality hotel. A great luxury hotel.

Fabulous view of the city. Excellent rooms. Across from an iconic park. Walking distance to subway and a nice mall. Friendly staff. English spoken at the desk. In New York, you'd pay twice the price for a room like this.

Takes quite a while to get down to the street via two different elevators, but that's a pretty picky thing to complain about.

Close proximity to metro. The breakfast selection was good. The concierge was really helpful regarding the places to eat and see.

The mattress was really hard. Like rock hard. The fact that you need to take two elevators to get to your room is a nuisance. They really need to upgrade their hotel.
