I dont recommend this property.

Accessible to MTR and bus stops.

They checked us in into different guest house which was way more smaller than the one I paid for. The air conditioner was not working for 2 nights despite of calling and sending a message, nobodys responding.

Terrible. We were booked for 6 days but we checked out the next day.

We were moved to another location different from the original that was booked months ago. The pictures look good but in reality it was really very bad that it was too expensive based on how it looked. The price could have been a decent 3 star hotel. We checked out the next day and found a great hotel at the same price. I would like to request for a refund!

Everything! The building, the hallways, the place, the room was dirty, there were no towels and free toiletries.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was notably small and congested, leaving little space for a suitcase. Additionally, communication was a significant issue as staff responses on WhatsApp and Booking.com were consistently delayed. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a lack of customer service, making the overall stay less enjoyable. I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests. "Room for Improvement - Cleanliness and Towel Concerns" During my stay, I observed some areas that need improvement. The room lacked proper cleaning, and the towels provided seemed worn and reused without replacement. This, coupled with the small room size and communication delays, contributed to a less-than-ideal experience. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously to enhance the overall guest satisfaction.

Uncomfortable stay ... Bad experience

Room was too small and had to wait too long for check in. After an hour check in was done and room was in other block as we went there the room was dirty. We have to wait other 1 hour to get room ready. Cleaning Staff was rude and staff was arguing with them self. Room ceiling was leaking which made bed all wet. As the name it was not at all comfortable.
