Disappointed

I was really disappointed, nothing was of 4 star standard. There were no towels in the room when we arrived. I tried calling housekeeping, the phone provided wasn't working. That same day, I sat on the white leather chair, i later realized it had a sticky black substance. I had to clean the chair because I realized that I had complained alot that day. My whole outfit was ruined. On our last night we decided to order in. The waitor spilt stew on a T-Shirt that was on the chair. The lamb stew was spilt all over the chair. The hotel really needs to do better!

Overall with the service i received i would not go back, but the people were really nice...

The view from our room was good. We were given an anniversary slice of cake in our room which was nice. Going in and out of the venue is seamless with the validated parking tickets for the duration of the stay. Booking dinner was easy and the food options were good.

*I waited over an hour to get my room...arrived at 2:15 and only got access to my room at 3:30. *The balcony door in our room was difficult to open. Maintenance took long to get there to help us open it but eventually came through. *There was no milk on our room for the coffee, my husband had to go buy a glad of milk from the cafe after midnight. *The iron we received in the morning didn't work. We had to call for a replacement iron. *At breakfast we waited a long time for clean cups so we could get juice... We asked the waiter, she said they coming and she will bring it to us. She never did. *And other tables were served coffees and teas. Ours was totally ignored... So we left without it and bought coffee from a coffee shop elsewhere. * No cheesecake with the dessert options lol We had considered extending our stay but after 1 day of such service we changed our minds.

Disappointing

Close to shopping facilities .

The staff was very unprofessional, the waiters were rushing to close when we placed an order for dinner at night , they kept saying they rushing to go home. Also some uncomfortable gossip going on in the kitchen . I had to go and ask for the bill because no one cared to bring it. I would rate them 1/10. The food was okay, the chocolate cake is not nice , lemon cupcakes are not nice .
