Very excellent and enjoyable stay.

The Edward is located in the centre of the beach area, hence i love it very much. Their rooms are spacious, and they will always do what you request. Their breakfast is excellent with a variety of choice.

Cleanliness and food. You get the value for the money paid.

I liked the breakfast

We arrived just after 2pm and we had to wait because the room was not ready and we were told it was still being prepared. To get to the room, the bathroom had hair on the floor, floor dirty and the bathtub had sand. The pillowcases were never changed. And as one flushes the toilet, there was a leakage at the back. Again, the room was haunted with ghosts.

On night 2 we had big cockroaches in room, spoke to manager next morning, could not make alternate offer, she said housekeeping to put something in room. Came back to room after 10pm Wednesday evening just to find more roaches. Zama manager tried her best no other rooms available. She came herself and cleaned, moved furniture around took Pic and seen roach, last 2 nights stay bummer. Checked out no acknowledgement of nights dilemma. Not cool.

No empathy, no service, beside zama and lady with her no one acknowledged our very uncomfortable stay.
