Amazing

Everything,memorable experience,the only thing that was a minus for me was the worn our mattress on the king size bed even after rotating the mattress and that the was no comfortable sofa even though we had booked a 2 bedroom apartment

Best service received in my life.

The hotel is taken good care as the furniture finishing is beautiful, both pool area are to die for. The bar and the breakfast area is so refreshing. First our checking in was amazing, Lihle assisted us to check in and she has been amazing from the first day we met. Then while we were waiting to be taken to our room then we met Isaac who was so accommodative for the Christmas lunch that we didnt book for.He explained everything in details and how it will work. We then met Isaac again for breakfast on our second day, he made us feel at home. We then met the whole crew which is lungi, Nontobeko and NKanyiso who gave us a 10* service daily. I would call in the morning to speak to Nontobeko for my daughters porridge, with no fail it was prepared nicely. I love the fact that there was a play area for the kids while we eatlungi would watch the kids and play with them. I have never been treated like a queen in any vacation. I have traveled internationally and this kind of service is rare to find. The whole team has so much care for individual guest and ensuring that our stay is amazing daily. My kids even asked on why is the hotel a 4 star and not a 5 star as the service is amazing.

our overall experience was excellellent and the hospitality the best we have experienced.

both rooms we stayed in were very spacious and neat. The breakfast was very good and the service beyond excellent. We would also like to give a special mention to the following staff who were among the best of our many stays at different hotels: Zu far the chef Belinda of guest relations and Eugene the porter

In room 325 (the first roomwe stayed in) there were cockroaches. Hence the manager , Chevonne? moved us to a loft apartment which was absolutely terrific

Fantastic hotel for a short stay in Umhlanga.

The friendliest hotel in South Africa. All the staff were so helpful and amazing with our kids. The 2 bedroom apartment rooms were a great size and perfect for our family of 4.

Great experience, and I will use it again, due to its cleanliness, location and safety, and relatively reasonable pricin

Friendly and helpful staff, from security guards at the entrance, to front desk staff, to housekeeping staff. Cleanliness of room. Few metres walk to Gateway shopping mall and restaurants. Secure underground parking. Safety in and around the hotel, with visible security guards everywhere. Priced very reasonably, considering its location and proximity to many restaurants and a popular mall. Its my preferred hotel in Umhlanga, and I use it at least once every year, and have always had a great experience.
