A touch of luxury

After a long trip around SA with my daughter the Quarters was absolute luxury. We loved the cleanliness, the beautiful quality finishes and the lovely staff. The location was perfect as we could not hear the Florida road normal noise.

Very good

Location - easy access to major roads for business meetings all over Durban. Room was comfortable.

Staff were a bit absent. Difficult to get access to the property when the staff dont respond to the gate buzzer.

I wanted a downstairs room ajoining my friends with a walk in shower. It was not available when I arrived. I had to get a staff member to help me up and down the stairs

Short Yet Satisfying

The location is great; there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was on the colder side on the evening that I booked in. It was disappointing that the heater feature in the airconditioner wasnt working. However, the blanket provided was helpful.

Happy Client.

Everything about the place.I received such a warm welcome from the Front Desk.They made my stay so comfortable.And the breakfast..... Compliments to the Chef served such a delicious well cooked breakfast.

Honestly nothing. I have no complaints whatsoever.
