Very comfortable stay in a nice big room

The location was ideal and the room was very big and comfortable. I also love that the shower was detachable because I always get frustrated in the States having to use the fixed showers. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend.

I know it seems standard in San Fran but having to pay $57 per night for parking on top of the room rate and then tipping the valet drivers frustrates me. We had to queue to get our car back one evening when I would gladly have gone to get it myself if we'd been allowed.

Very good

Near the Union Square and Moscone center but relatively quiet. The room was spacious and all my needs were met.

Neighborhood is poor and construction nearby.

Ill stay again and again!

Ive stayed there 4-5 times and I always love it. The staff is so welcoming and kind and you feel like they know you or remember you!! Also, close to Union Square.

Short 1 night stay

In general very decent hotel and room. Comparable to other 4-5 star hotel(room)s in SF. Easy pick-up and deliver location. Free wellness in top of the hotel (not used).

Will stay again when visiting San Francisco!

The property was as pictured!

It got a bit cold on one night, and the room is so large the heating did not cover the entire room. We kept feeling a cool breeze throughout the day/ night. The hotel accommodated us with a small heater.

Nice stay overall, convenient location, large room, comfortable beds and very attentive staff.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. The room is a very nice size, although the bathroom can be tight. The bed is very comfortable. The area is noisy, but that is due to the location being in the heart of the city. By being in the heart of the city it is a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The staff here is very friendly, nice, professional and accommodating.

Rude guest who slam doors, make noise in hallway and allow children to run down hallways. This also applies to maids who can be noisy in the early morning hours during their job. Unfortunately, there is no nice view per se. Also, I feel the hotel restaurant prices are too high. Would like to eat there, but ridiculous prices for everything. Also, don't like the fact that there is a fee to listen to the entertainment even though you are staying at the hotel as a guest. You could reduce the fee and drink prices for your hotel guests.

Really lovely big rooms in a great location. We stayed in 3 different hotels in San Francisco during our stay as it was a base for a wider trip around Northern California and this was the best.

Nice hotel, beautiful room, great location

Fantastic location near Union square. The room felt very luxurious.

The parking fee for one night is OK, but after the 24-hour parking there is a high hourly price. There are good parking alternatives nearby available.
