Very good

Everything required for a nights stay

Vibrant with colour and art, great location for sightseeing and transport. The ironing room is a great touch as is 24hr food availability and helpful staff. Lots of people around in communal areas gave a lively feel.

Rooms are minute, fine for one night. Air conditioning was too cold and on all night with no way to turn down.

Location is the best quality!!

The location was great! In front of the small train station and near the Bayfront park and market. The room is tiny but comfortable (good bed and shower). We like that was all very technological and modern! The rooftop is great, with a nice pool and places to rest.

The cleaning service wasn't very good. We needed to ask to be better cleaned (I could see the dust!). The room is very tiny, 2 people with 2 big luggage really doesn't fit the room. The breakfast was a bit pricy (21 USD/person), so we decided not to get it.

Frustrating

The location

Night shade did not work and had to change rooms after maintenance tried to fix for an hour. No wash cloths. I repeatedly tried to call front desk to request washcloths (since none were in room) but no one ever answered - had to wash with hand towels. I'm booked to stay two more days and I regret that decision but have already prepaid.

Scam by the pool.

Clean hi tech hotel.

We got scammed by the bar staff by the pool. Management couldnt care less. Rooms are tiny and we had king rooms. You have to climb over the beds. Coffee and breakfast is terrible.
