The pretty professional gym with serval rare machines really impressed me. I thought the guy who purchased those machines should be keen on body building. Also the app is pretty cute, which I can switch the light, curtains and temperature and can even cast YouTube. Awesome facilities. Staffs are friendly and the girl cleaning the gym also offered to wipe the seat.

The first time I entered my room, un pleasant smell of toilet makes me want change room. I didnt do that because I was too exhausted after long driving and got used to the smell. But its fair because at least they dont use some unknown spay. I think we guests will only notice that every time get inside the door, but for every time. Also I found one short hair sticking something on the comforter. Okay, I will write that on booking.

The Hotel facilities, the decoration, the location, the cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfasts. Good price vs value.

They don't do daily room service unless you ask for it. This should be done daily without the guest asking.

The location of CitizenM hotel was great. All the places we wanted to visit were in walking distances. The staff were nice. The hotel lobby, room, etc. were so clean. We will definitely go there again on our next visit to Chicago.

The parking , even tho the walk wasnt bad by far however they definitely should consider valet parking

first of all, we were travelling for work and the hotel had a meeting room where we could use to work. the breakfast had wide variety of options, and you can get unlimited coffee during breakfast hours.

there is no boiler/coffee machine in the room as the room is very minimalistic. if you want to get a tea/coffee you have to go down the reception and buy.

Probably would not stay here again, unless price is the main priority.

Ok value for price. Clean hotel, staff was friendly. Location is good, but travelers have a ton of options within 3-4 blocks of this area.

Breakfast is overpriced and not much different from a 2 star hotel. Drinks and beer were excessively expensive at the bar. Rooms are very small - dorm like, in case anyone has not been there. Almost no privacy from a bathroom / shower standpoint It is a good hotel for the price, but be aware of the cramped room design for two people. This is not a 4.5 star hotel, per online ratings. Oh. Lastly, Michigan Ave is very loud if your room is on that side of the hotel.
