Great location if you are travelling alone and need to be in Orchard Road area.

Location. Newness and cleanliness of the room.

The room was small for Singapore standards. The gym cant really be described as such. Its about a 2 x 1.5metre glazed cupboard next to the pool with one stationery exercise bike and place for a yoga mat and that all.

the check out time was 12 pm, but when we wanted to access to our room at 11:50am, we were blocked outside the door.

Highly recommended! Small but comfortable in a great location.

Although the room was small, everything was designed very practically. The shower area was just nice and there's even a sitting corner designed so well that we absolutely loved and enjoyed it. We ate our welcome ice-cream there and absolutely loved that sitting corner. The bed was super comfortable too. Everything was very clean and nicely designed. The location.....super short and a nice walk to the train station. Superbly convenient....just a 3 to 5 mins walk. The staff were very nice as well providing us with information that we needed with a smile. The concierge staff even recommended a walk path to the station so that we can avoid walking in the rain too much as we had only 1 umbrella for 2 adults and 1 kid.

Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent price.

the complimentary mini bar and snacks was an excellent touch, the staff were very kind and friendly, the house keeping was very quick and never got in the way, they always waited until I left the room before cleaning and always paid attention to the indicators for cleaning the room or not.

There is nothing that could have been improved by the staff themselves, the weather is not under their control haha.

Very good

A decent, well located business hotel.

A decent business hotel which is well located for public transportation. There is also a shopping mall (with a very good food court on the top floor) located nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is also reasonably priced by Singapore standards.

The room was a bit small (and the bathroom particularly so). This is fine for a short stay but not perhaps for a longer one.
