Don't stay at 8 room cozy villa, period. Stop wasting your breath & time dealing with Summer(Owner?)

Quiet surrounding, acceptable cleanliness,i said acceptable but (Not the Kitchen!! Too many Ants!!) regular pest control?? also, We found many tiny little nasty Croacroches running around in most of our bedrooms!!! We occupied all 8 rooms, 13 of us, we wanted to cook daily healthy breakfast, we did yoga everyday, i asked the owner many questions way ahead of my arrival because I wanted to be prepared & organised as I'm trying to avoid any last minit unexpected arrangemnet etc. But, the owner wasn't friendly or helpful at all, infact she was very annoyed by my questions & said only 2 days before my arrival day she'll set up her group chat with me (too late honestly) she even mentioned that I was rude untill I asked her "Please tel me which part of my messages was rude to her?" (She can't tel me) I said to her I always say "Please" & "Thank you" didn't I? Only then she she said "But is ok" That's not all, when I booked & Fully Paid, she even suggest that I cancell my booking as she think this Villa is not up to my standard simply due to me asking her questions and she dislike it, unbelievable. Honestly, I'm a globe trotter, i've been to 89 countries in this world, stayed in many different type of accommodation but i've never met any owner like her, uncooperative, not understanding and sounded very ARROGANT & ANNOYING. I said all these because is gospel Truth & it's Unacceptable. Oh, I wanted to open few cans of Tuna on our first night, I called may times, manager refused to answer my calls, i send a video to her that I was unable to find a "Can Opener" I only got a new can opener the next morning.How bizarre?This huge gorgeous villa without a can opener, this huge villa has 8 rooms but only 9 coffee mugs? (actually some are just very tiny cups, not even coffee mugs)and 1 teaspoon I found, oh my lord!!

All above mentioned. And, please, forget about this Villa, there are plenty out there!! (I even paid the cleaner 300Btips out of kindness, she does nothing for us and not a word of English, just cleaning common areas & probably spying on us, daily) oh, The Fridge was small and with leaking water all over the kitchen floor, too much Clorine in the pool, sucks! And oh, best thing is, didn't even have a juice blender, which is the most common,inexpensive kitchen appliances one can provide. Let me say this, I was saying in a hostel near Prahsing/Chiang Mai gate, they have a small, clean kitchen, guests can make their own FREE daily breakfast with eggs, toast, fruits, coffee, they have Air fryer, good powerful Juice blender, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, stove/hot plate, rice cooker, medium size Fridge, washing machine and dryer too, all these are free for guests to use!! It's a hostel, NOT a hotel or villa and it's super clean! But, a Villa with 8 rooms, hello?

Very spaceous accomodation with a nice pool!

Very spaceous accomodation with a nice pool! Perfect stay for (large) families or groups. Kitchen is fully supplied and bed linen + towels were available. Also very comfortable beds and pillows! Communication with the host was very smooth and easy.

Location is far (15 min drive) from the city center of Chiang Mai (Old Town/locations of the night markets). When you have your own transportation this is no problem though.
