Spacious home located in the middle of Nimman!

The house was very spacious, with everything we needed! Its right in the middle of Nimman, where all the best restaurants and shopping is. This is the perfect place for a large family or group! Highly recommended

enjoyed my stay and recommended.

the property is clean and comfortable. nice and cosy, and have a nice little garden for morning exercise. the location is good, with maya mall just mins walk or drive away. and also its near the night market as well as the chiang mai old town.

the lane entering the property is a bit tight as occasionally there will be cars parked at the side. and when opening the gate to park the cars, at times there will be car waiting for you to parked the car before the can proceed further.

Our family of six enjoyed our stay in Chiangmai and the location of the house was excellent.

We loved the location and the house was very clean when we arrived. The lock combo was very convenient. Easy checkin and pickup from airport was appreciated.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The downstairs bathroom had issues with the hose and low ceiling. More comfortable seating for six people in the living room would be nice to watch a movie.

great location and surprisingly got a very thoughtful owner who make sure all essentials are there, e.g. garbage bag, medical kit , tissue and hairdryer in every room

only issue is the main door gets stuck to the frame. hard to open and close

We loved our stay!

Prior to our arrival in Chiang Mai, my text queries were quickly answered by the host. I also had no problem communicating in English. Boxsoon Nimman 2 was the best accommodation we've booked for our trip to Chiang Mai. The location was great and within walking distance to Maya Lifestyle Shopping Centre, Rincome Night Market, and other shopping malls in the area. The house has three bathrooms - one common bathroom on the first floor, another attached to a small room on the same floor, and another common bathroom on the second floor. We were provided with enough toiletries (shampoo and soap only) and towels for the duration of our stay. We were also able to do some laundry after our hike (at Doi Suthep) conveniently since there was a washing machine, detergent, drying rack plus ironing board. For those planning to cook meals during their stay, the kitchen stove was fully functional. The host was also considerate to include charger extensions, mosquito coils (for the balcony on the second floor), and scented candles in the room. The WiFi was stable throughout the entire apartment. We would definitely recommend Boxsoon Nimman 2 if you are looking for a great place to stay!

FYI: It's easy to miss Boxsoon Nimman 2, we drove past it a couple of times and it is dim at night so finding it could be tricky. Also, if you do not want to pay for overseas calls/data roaming, I recommend travelers to inform the host of the specific time they will be meeting at the apartment for the handover of keys. Thanks to our local guide, we were able to contact the host on our behalf as there was nobody in the apartment when we arrived. As they took about five to ten minutes to arrive, they might stay in the neighborhood too :)
