The location is perfect!

I stayed at room202, too noisy to sleep. Facing the street that can hear any cars passing by, people talking on the phone next door and outside the room. It feels like there is no sound proof in the room at all. I had a feeling that I was sleeping at the lobby or on the street.

Breakfast and location were fantastic. A bonus was using the hotel bikes to get around!

Exceptional I would come back to Cheeva Dee anytime I am in Chiang Mai. The staff is the most adorable and willing to help you'd every find. I had to go to the emergency room and they arrange it all for me, while giving bandage and all they could find to help. I am forever grateful and humbled by the hospitality of this hotel.

Lovely hotel in chiang mai, great breakfast, location and helpful staff

The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was so nice and all spoke very good English. They were so accommodating. We brought in food we had ordered and they let us eat in their dining room and even provided dishes and cutlery. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee were wonderful every time. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great for our needs. Close to coffee, food, laundry mat, and gym. They even provided breakfast when we were leaving early for a tour. We loved our stay here! We didn't want to leave!

The Wi-Fi did not work for me on my phone but that's okay. It worked well on my laptop!

Loved my stay!

The staff was lovely and always helpful! The amenities were great and everything was clean. We arrived with a welcome snack that was very tasty. It was very quiet and a wonderful area to walk to food, temple, market, etc. The breakfast every morning was phenomenal and the staff were truly incredible! I loved every minute of my stay :)

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect! The staff was always kind and ready to help. The breakfast was good and healthy in really relaxing space. The room was spacious and nicely set up. The street around the hotel were quiet and all the most important sight are at a walkable distance.

Gorgeous hotel, fabulous breakfast, but a little on the pricy side.

The properly is nestled away in a quiet location, yet in the heart of the city. Its a perfect location to be based. The properly is spotlessly clean and has a very calm atmosphere. The breakfast is outstanding, very high quality.

We booked a room with no windows because it was the only one left. Didnt know what to expect and while the room itself was very comfortable, the lighting could be better in a room with no natural light and maybe even a natural imitation light for using in the morning as the room is obviously pitch black dark 24/7 and can feel claustrophobic and not somewhere you would want to spend much time. We had intended to add an extra 2 nights to our stay but decided to go elsewhere as we couldnt last 3 nights in the dark room.

Lovely place

Super comfortable beds and a very pleasant and fresh breakfast. Wonderful staff who kindly let us keep our car parked for the day.

Maybe some rooms could do with updating paintwork? Not a big deal.

Superb

Charming boutique hotel

This is a nice, small boutique hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was exceptional when compared to your typical breakfast buffet as it was all made to order with great coffee. The bed was amazing, we slept so well. They had bikes we could borrow which was a nice touch.

The only small thing is that the water temperature in the shower/bath was only lukewarm not hot so we didn't really make use of the beautiful bathtub.
