Exceptional

Everything the room (room 3) was lovely, the staff are amazing and where do helpful when my mum couldn't get in to her room. Dolly's tea room is fab. All the staff are lovely.

It was a lovely stay nothing was a disappointment.

Beautiful Rosslyn Chapel stay

Close to Rosslyn Chapel. Manager Brian was very welcoming and helpful.

Room was great. Public areas a little run down and renovations going on. Bed a bit creaky.

Superb

Loved the quirkiness. The rooms were lovely. Good location. Very clean. Nice view across towards Roslinn.

I left before 9.00am so couldn't get breakfast! Arrived after 5.30pm so had to go across road to get a staff member to let me in.

Great location and staff but the room needs minor improvements to enhance a stay.

Good location friendly staff

Unable to open windows, bathroom needed attention, taped together shower and parts missing. However it was clean.

Very good

Fantastic location in close proximity of Roslyn Chapel and local pub. Free on site parking. Room clean and comfortable. Ensuite bathroom. Facilities for hot drinks and biscuits. Definite good value for money.

A bit dated but this is part of its charm.

The room and staff were lovely! Breakfast was great. Housekeeping kept everything well stocked :)

I couldn't adjust my own heating (set to a thermometer outside of the rooms) so that was a bit sad trying to warm up after being out in rain all day. Someone did try to sort this for me in fairness but it didn't work haha. The pillows weren't the most supportive either, they're the kind that go really flat when you lie on them. Aside from these couple of points I had a really lovely stay.

Superb

Warm welcome and comfy bed.

Lovely room and Amy was friendly and welcoming. Town very pretty. Bed was comfortable and temperature of room was good. Granola and latte from the tea room were excellent.

Unfortunately the tea room doesn't open until 9am, would have loved one of the excellent coffees a little earlier! Also check in was before 9pm which when travelling from Edinburgh after dinner was a bit of a rush.
