It was a super amazing 2 nights and 3 days stay.

Property is well maintained, accessible, have a homely vibe away from home. Anita is superb, very accommodating, he and her husband get out of their way to provide what we need.

There is nothing not to like.

Everything was exceptionally clean and the kitchen and provisions provided were brand new and top class condition

The hosts wife ANITA I think was a bit unpleasant. we called to ask her for something & she said and I quote " we are not a hotel, we are air bnb" which was pretty rude, & could have been Told better way

Exceptional chalet with a view on the Matterhorn and jacuzzi

Very spacious chalet, super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, barbecue, terrace and jacuzzi with views on the Matterhorn, 3 bathrooms, taxi from Tsch can stop in front of the elevator that goes to the chalet which is very convenient, we could also store our luggage when we checked-out until we left Zermatt later that day. Around 12-15 minutes walking distance to the station, but there is also a ski bus stop nearby. Very helpful owner, mailed us something we forgot at the chalet afterwards.

Bringing big bags is a challenge , need ramp to doors. E Taxi driver cheated us by bring us to the staircase end and we have to lug our bags down and they did nit help

Private sunny terrace, extraordinary funicular lift from street level to the apartment.

A little more information in the flat about nearest ski bus stop, supermarkets etc

Everything about Chalet Ala Casa was perfect!

Nothing. Probably the stairs from the elevator down to the chalet is a bit of a hastle for my elderly parents, but overall it was an excellent place to stay
