Disappointing

Most basic hostel you ever be in

Location good, china town.

The manager is really annoying in many ways. She entered the room early, cleaning, waking you up. she actually doesn't want you in the room. after she wakes you up, she starts telling you where to go for the day, while you haven't opened your eyes yet. She is not nice generally. The room is too small. Old beds who make noises. The sheets make you itch in bed all the time. Toilet separate from shower, only 1. No mirror in toilet or shower, so you can't shave... It was so basic hostel, I was confused because I booked there because of the good reviews here. well, now I will not believe reviews so much... Only location is good.

Pretty convinient location. Did not like the rooms, there are definitely better alternatives.

The location isnt bad. Its pretty close to two metro stations. The building complex the hostel is in is very big and not super nice but average for Singapore I think.

Although the shower was great, that was about it. The bathroom was dirty, the room had no windows, and I am pretty sure the beds and pillows were not that clean either. Honestly, fine for a one night stay but definitely inadequate if youre planning a longer trip.

Affordable, comfortable and super convenient

-Ultra convenient (2 nearby train stations to different lines) in terms of transportation -Very affordable -Manager was super nice -Hawker centres and Chinatown nearby means you don't have to spend much to get cheap food and good items

-Can be a bit tricky to find, as are all hidden gems.

Very good

Spent four cozy nights here and had easy access to downtown Singapore.

Located in Chinatown, really convenient to public transport, shops and food courts. The hostess was very warmhearted and friendly, gave me advice about food and stuff. Facilities like wifi, air conditioners, showers, water cooler, fridge are all working well and well maintained. Everything is pretty clean and not a single bug was spotted during my stay.

Bathroom kinda tight and clothes might get wet while showering but understandable because the toilet and shower were separated for efficiency.

Good

Had a nice time in Singapore, although not the best nights sleep! Would reccommend just for one or two nights.

The host was really nice, the place was very clean. Regularly cleaned floors especially. Great location, close to metro. Drinking water available.

Beds werent very comfortable and there was not much privacy. Only one loo and one shower between an 8 bed mixed dorm. Wouldnt recommend mixed dorm for females as limited privacy and toilet space

Easy access from Maxwell MRT (brown line). Sarah was awesome. Good sense of humor, and filled with info about what to see and where to go during my short stay in Singapore.

Nice and Cozy

Sarah, the Manager was super helpful, she did the familirasation rounds (which is very helpful later during the stay) Location was very convenient, nearby to many tourists places, shopping and eating. Outside the Hostel are chairs kept where we can sit and relax

The rooms are compact and only one toilet, but there was no inconvenience due to that

Quiet, clean, private. Fantastic location. Helpful kind staff.

Very quiet and a dark room, good privacy curtains. Good aircon. All meant I could sleep in. Every bed had hooks, coathangers, light and multi shaped power plug. Premium beds were wood frame and had a shelf. Standard are metal and no shelving. Quietest bunk beds I've been in. Everything very clean. Helpful friendly staff. Let me do very late check in when my bus was late Right beside Chinatown and information centre. Local food court downstairs and 2 minutes to laundromat. $10 to wash and dry Excellent wifi connection and speed. Large fridge freezer.

There was a cockroach beside my bed in the middle of the night. I hope it didn't come with me from my last place.
