Very good

We had a great stay at the Centre Point Silom, it is in a great location very close to the river.

The family room was really big and perfect for a family of four. The breakfast was also really good with lots of choice and the pool was fab to cool off in after sightseeing in the Bangkok heat.

We liked everything.

Superb

Great location in Bang Rak, close to BTS and waterway ferrrys to Icon Siam and Asiatique. Great food options all around, the hotel lobby also has some suggestions. And for those rooftop lovers, Sky Bar is just a 5 minute walk. Convinient also as rooms have small kitchen areas.

Be mindful it is an older hotel. I would recommend always booking a riverside room as there is no public access to this view.

Poor

Fourth time here. Twice this year. Poor service this time.

First of all we booked in Ireland months ago ,a family room river view, and special request, a high floor with good view. We paid over 15.000 Thai bath , over 400euro. We arrived 4pm room not ready , can we wait, they wanted us to take room on 9th floor. Hotel begins at the 6th floor, under that is parking shops. So no high view. We refused this. Then took us to see a room on 16floor overlooking a multi storey car park with river to the far left. We eventually had to pay more to get a room on the corner with a river view. Not too high either. 16tj floor. This is our 4th stay at the hotel. Twice this year. Always liked the hotel. Close to everything, but we paid a lot for poor service. Won't be returning.

Superb

Comfortable room and convenient location and

Large and clean room. Excellent location next to Sathorn Pier, with lots of good local eateries around. Robinson department store, Starbucks and McDonalds adjoins the hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful especially the lovely security guard who opened the doors and held the elevator doors open for us.

very nice hotel in shabby location

large clean room with river view quiet rooms and large as has been stated in many reviews. check in and out process efficient and concierge staff very helpful. with bags and arranging taxis for us. just wish area near hotel had one good place to eat. Its fine if you like street food.

surrounded by street food so no idea where to find a good restaurant. hotel restaurant does not serve alcohol with evening meals and lacks character but food was fine boat to icon siam mall fun but unsuitable for elderly or anyone with mobility issues

Superb

Great place, would recommend if you'd like to check out the river areas

Great hotel for a group, near public transportation and interesting sites. The pool feels more like you are at a resort than in a city hotel, which we loved. Amazing to check out the views from Sky Bar next door if you want to splurge. The breakfast was great too.

You can't order food and drinks directly at the pool, you have to go into the restaurant next to it to order
