Great overall. Customer services need uplift

Location, facilities and overall experience was great.

Even though checking in time was 2-4pm, we arrived at around 5pm and the room wasnt ready until 6:30pm. Later, we were told that towels will be provided within 10 mins and i had request the following day to have them delivered. Overall slow response from team wasnt a great experience. Rest was good

Excellent apt, very clean, all amenities were in the wash rooms, complementary fruits, superb service by Mr Aseel Madni during check in and check out, also Mr. Zain ul Abedin..they both made our check in very customer friendly, also they were kind enough to upgrade us to a 3 bedroom apt with a great view. Both Aseel and Zain were great, the bell boys were also very pleasant and helpful. Apt was with a great view and very comfortable bedrooms and kitchen. We will stay here again this coming weekend . The location is great, it is right above the big Centaurus mall so we could just walk in and walk out of the mall anytime for food and shopping anytime before midnight.

Amna and Asma went above and beyond and were always helpful. The team.running the place, and they definitely know what they are doing. The managers' faizan and sadaqat were very professional and were very accommodating. This place really does stand out from the rest. Cleanliness was on point. Suite was cleaned every day without asking

Excellent location and great comfort.

I would like to call special attention to the front desk clerk, the janitorial staff and the room service staff that were assigned to us. We stayed in Tower A and these people were phenomenal in their service in taking care of our needs.

Customer service was horrible, poor hygiene, won't suggest any tourists to stay here.

Breakfast was good, hotel room was clean.

1. Reception staff was rude, made us wait after check in and check out time, didn't provide any clear instructions. 2. Lift and hotel loby had really bad odour and poor hygiene standards. 3. Just the Reception area and room were a bit nice, rest of the hotel wasn't clean and was smelling bad. 4. We were informed that we can check out at a later time as we checked in late however on the day of checkout, we were asked to check out earlier than the scheduled time. We were disappointed with the lack of communication between staff and lack of respect for customer satisfaction.
