Good location with friendly staff. Breakfast enjoyable. Suited our requirements as we stay frequently in Barcelona.

Excellent location with good access to Metro close by.

We booked 2 rooms for ourselves and my mother requesting quieter rooms on a high floor. We were originally given rooms on floor 2. We were reallocated to floor 6 which was helpful. We were staying for a week. On day 2 of our stay very noisy residents with a young child moved in next door. Extremely disruptive at nights. Rooms seem to have poor noise insulation - not uncommon in hotels although noise was disruptive.

Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. Location is excellent.

Its a little rundown and outdated eg telephone in bathroom not firmly connected to wall. Beds are comfortable but not secured, so if moving - they slide around the floor. Walls are thin and it can be noisy.

Staff very friendly and willing to do so much in order to help us out. It was lovely to arrive to a free glass of cava! We also received some great food/ drinks recommendations from Viktor on the reception desk. He was a star!

Unfortunately we had some issues with the water running yellow/ brown in our room. Again, Viktor helped us out massively and called an engineer to the room within minutes, and when this wasnt sorted we were swiftly switched rooms. An irritating issue but handled well by the staff!
