Very good

We had an amazing stay, very comfortable, relaxed with great staff!

Lovely and bright hotel, big rooms and comfy beds, staff was super helpful. Amazing breakfast Buffett!!

The pools were freezing (supposed to be heated in winter) Hotel is on a busy main road

Didnt go well but would try again.

The jets couldnt be been turned off from the overlook pool which was a disaster with the noise, having no spare room at all times to move a guest should be a must!

Location

Old property and so it's expensive for that money. They included a Christmas dinner which was 75. One couldn't even opt out. Not everyone prefers such dinners.

Parts of the hotel need modernising-some very 1980's features such as chipboard on walls.

Breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful and nice

Water in the pool was freezing cold, the room looked very old, the doors destroyed, no sockets.

It was okay after we got new room, the first was terrible

Breakfast good

The room was not good, this is the 3rd time that I stay in this hotel and in the other two times I stay in another building and the rooms there are good. In this building now the room are old and everything on time for repair.
