Fab place for a family!

The facilities were fantastic for a small family. It was incredbily difficult to find a place that had two twin beds for our teens, so that is initially what sold us. But the apartment was fantastic.

I guess the only thing that was an issue for the length of our trip was the kitchen could have been a little bigger.

Great in summer, public transport and delis around and great pizza around the corner

Great sheets! Nice renovation of the bathroom especially, very clean and it has everything you need. Nice attention on soaps.

In summer you can use the terras as living room but in winter the leftover of the flat is very small, the bedrooms are bigger then kitchen and sofaspace together. The internet key works nicely but it a real key is still more handy

Extremely comfortable stay with a very helpful host!

It was very clean, had very good air conditioner and even a washing machine. There were towels awaiting us and a stocked bathroom with toiletries. It was very safe, beautiful and the host was extremely helpful and kind.

It was a tiny bit far from the center city if walking there, about 40 minutes.

The apartment itself has everything - kitchen with dining area, one bathroom, two bedrooms, and even some outer space. Love it!!

The two bathroom shower heads - I dont like them, not so comfortable. Air conditioner works well but make weird noise, though I still can sleep.

Host was very helpful. Inside was clean and comfortable.

Laundry area could have used a cleaning. The location was not as convenient as we had hoped and would not felt comfortable walking after dark. We did feel safe there and had several layers of security.

clean, modern, quiet, super helpful host.

This was a perfect stay for our family of 4 on a tourist vacation. The twin beds in the second room was perfect for our teenagers. The little courtyard allowed us some room to spread out at the end of a long day spent together. The air conditioner kept the rooms cool. Overnight it was very quiet once the traffic stopped by early evening. We mostly ate out but the kitchen had sufficient cookware for a simple meal. We had a delicious meal at an award winning small family Osteria only 5 mins walk called 22Quatro. It took our long legs about 40minutes to walk to the Coloseum. But at the end of a hot day (July) a taxi from most tourist locations were all under 15. The host Cinzia was very attentive, contacting us in advance and checking in with travel tips and guidance. She was quick to respond when we had a question and went out of her way to be helpful. Particularly being accomodating of our request for early checkin after a gruellingly long flight.

Very good place to stay in Rome

I find the appartment very comfortable and clean. It is a very good place to stay when you are in Rome. I have nothing to complain about regarding the appartment itself. Its a pity that the appartment is located quite far from the city centre. However, there is an underground station in the walking distance (it takes about 10 - 15 min to get there). It is also important to add that the price was fair.
