It wasnt the best of the best but it was peaceful

Overall the property was Great dome parts was ok

I know they said their doing updates but the elevators have black type holding certain parts of the walls up and the bathroom hinges on the door need to be changed and or cleaned the room was was cleaned but not all the way it still was nasty tissue in the night stands from previous people

I was expecting cash back from Rakuten but I was told from booking.com I cant get cash back for my 2 reservations. I received for the first stay on the 18th but have not received for the 25th. These were 2 different reservations and there was nothing said about only getting cash back for 1 reservation. Very disappointed. The reason I went thru booking.com was because of the cash back

Nasty Dirty and False advertisement

Not one thing

The reviews listed were not true at all in my case. The room was nasty and dirty, and we had to be moved to another room. I took pictures to move how dirty it was. I was very disappointed in my stay here and for the price that we paid, truly unacceptable.

The location and my balcony view was excellent!

The hotel was not at all as nice as it appeared on the app. The reason I chose the hotel was the outdoor pool and it was not open for use and the indoor pool was gross.

Superb

I was very happy with my stay.

I have stayed here before and love it, that is why I came back. I was also surprised to be GUEST of the day and my regular room was upgraded at no charge to a suite. It was very nice.

The restaurant was not open for business for dinner.
