We love it and never stay anywhere else when we come to town.

Always super clean, staff is so friendly, the pool and gym are great, and our room was nice.

As usual it was a good stay - the elevator situation was not reflective of our usual stay.

elevators were not working for one evening ... talked with a group who had a member in a wheelchair. That person was on the 4th floor and had to be moved to ground level. Any person with disabilities should automatically be roomed on 1st floor!

Disappointing

Room was very dirty. Lamp shades had spatters on them ironing board was dirty. Bathroom was weird the light fixtures were off from the mirror and uneven. Nothing stocked tissues were empty. Pull out bed was the worst you could feel the springs and no blankets sheets or pillows for it. Our youngest stayed with her sister because the bed was so terrible.

Loved the fact that no smoking and no pets were allowed in the hotel! Only one we have found in Fort Collins. Will be our go to hotel everything we visit our son.

Comfortable, convenient, clean

Convenient location, very nice and helpful staff, spacious rooms, clean, gorgeous huge lobby. Ive stayed there in 2019 and 2023 and had a good experience both times. Great showers too :)

Mattress sunk in the middle and I heard my neighbor all night for two nights so not super insulated but overall very cozy and I would return.

Amazing, warm,, welcoming, ,helpful, professional staff who exude a cheerful "how can I help?" attitude. Everyone we encountered brought their own unique personality & sense of cheer that left us feeling that they were genuinely happy to see us & assist in any way they could. What a breath of fresh air to encounter a standout staff like yours that are genuinely glad to see you & seem to really enjoy their job & the role they play in the exceptional guest experience at the Cambria in Fort Collins. Thank you... we'll be back!
