Superb

It was up to my expectations.

I stay there 2-3 times per year. I love the staff and location. The grandkids love the pool. I don't want to tell you more. Is this enough?

I was surprised when at about 9am, no hot water. I was told the hot water heater was being replaced. I think they could have picked a better time. Such as very early in the morning or mid afternoon.

Save your money, go somewhere else.

The hottub was nice and the staff was friendly.

It's called university but it's 4 miles from CSU. That was so disappointing we started off on a bad foot. No internet for the first 5 hours we got there, no heat in our room, and the tvs were staticky. Next morning, no hot water. This may have been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at for $150 a night. Complete scam. I think I deserve a refund. I'm so angry at myself for spending that much money.

Fine except for the breakfast

Easy location in the center of town. It was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful.

Breakfast was pretty terrible. Both cereal dispensers were broken. They use only styrofoam plates / bowls and flimsy plastic forks and spoons. The cream cheese was somehow mealy. All the fruit was over-ripe and old. I get that you can't expect much, but this felt extreme.

Best place Ive stayed in Ft Collins

Very clean. Large room with couch. Good beds. Windows open for fresh air. Love the long pool/hot tub hours! Professional/friendly staff. Safe neighborhood.

Have to drive to downtown area.

Location

Room was not that clean no housekeeping even though I was asked if wanted at check in and I said yes. I had left a washcloth on the bathroom floor and it was still there after they had cleaned the room. The TV was crap small and had bad picture and lines through the picture looked like a TV from 1990. I also understand it was homecoming weekend but $399 for a night with a room like that is ridiculous. Food was cold and juice was warm. Not great making the price hurt even more.
