Lovely hotel and rooms but not great service or food available.

Property was in a good location and lovely big rooms, good products available to use in the bathroom

We arrived at the property at 9:07pm after flying into Denver from London and driving to Fort Collins. We arrived exhausted and needing to eat a quick dinner before bed and were told there was no food or room service available. I find this unbelievable for a Marriott. We also had no water to drink in our room, so went downstairs to ask only to be told we could buy some water and snacks from the little snack shop at $4 per bottle, and $4 for a small tub of Pringles. In the morning when complaining to my colleagues I was told they were given complimentary water when asked - so why did I have to pay?

The location was perfect. Near all types of things to do, but still quite.

Not necessarily that I didn't like it. The lighting in the room could have been a little better. There weren't any ceiling lights, only lamp lighting. There was a big window which did let in a lot of natural lighting. The natural light was beautiful!

Stayed there during my sons CSU orientation week. Nice and confortvel hotel. Great location. There is a wonderful scent as you enter the hotel. The staff is super nice Wanted to return this next month but sold out We will visit again

Lack of security is a major issue. We were robbed of all credit cards/cash, then overcharged $1700

Excellent bar and restaurant staff. By far the most professional people working at this hotel.

Wallet cash and credit cards stolen - no management response, only a maintenance employee offered to help. Then our family's bill overcharge over $1700. NO ONE returns calls/emails, front desk frequently unstaffed. Worst Marriott experience ever - and I've been staying at this location for 15yrs+. My family keeps calling to resolve the $1700 overcharge that, almost a month later, it is still unresolved. Very rarely does anyone answer the phone at the front desk . If someone does pick up you are put on hold. In terns of safety, only the front entrance is monitored by cameras, side doors are unlocked until 10pm, despite the sign right at the door that says a key is required. addressed the issue by saying "well, the signs are wrong." And ask multiple times to have your room cleaned and it probably won't be. Undertrained staff, ineffectual management - we moved to the Hilton downtown and were much happier and, most importantly, we felt safer.
