Great get away.

Visiting family for the holidays. This was an excellent place to stay and relax after a full day of family. It was very comfortable and at a great price.

It was a great price and great breakfast!

The pullout couch killed my back but its good for kids! Everything was pretty good! The only complaint I would have is the last day we had breakfast, the staff started taking things away 15-20 mins early and just stood there with her arms crossed. They have a timer that goes off when breakfast is done and they let it just go off for a few mins. People were sitting down finishing up. ELDERLY people. They could have swept or cleaned up other things. The other two days were were there, the breakfast ladies were SO friendly and talked to everyone. Didnt make anyone feel uncomfortable or stand there staring at people with timers going off. I dont usually complain but I did mention something at check out. The lady upfront just said she was doing her job. Thats my only complaint. Very quiet and was a nice stay!

Great place!

Variety at breakfast was great, quality good. Staff were great! Location is very good, being quiet and easy access to busier street. All the available electric plug ins you could ever want.

This is a front range problem, not the fault of the hotel; geese make a mess every where, including the parking lots and sidewalks.

Location good, clean room but receptionist has an attitude.

I like the location and the room.

I had an attitude from the receptionist when asking for an itemized receipt for my stay. It does not seem like they get a lot of travelers for business. I stayed, I paid, and I need my receipt! I don't understand why she continued arguing that she could not print an itemized receipt. We stayed in 5 different hotels before this hotel and everyone was able to print the itemized receipt. After all the attitude, she eventually printed the receipt. For travelers who need to reimburse their stay to their company, get ready for an argument if you want an itemized receipt printed out.

Superb

It was a very relaxing enjoyable weekend and would highly recommend.

The room was clean and QUIET! Just what my sister and I needed! Was close to the University and the Temple Grandin Equestrian Center, which is why we were in Fort Collins. MANY restaurants were around us-some within walking distance! The staff was exceptional and even helped me find a place to repair my compromised tire! The scenery was beautiful which goes without saying in beautiful Colorado! The town was clean and beautiful as well. Felt very safe for 2 older women traveling.

The breakfast could have been a bit better tasting, BUT it was what one could expect from a free continental breakfast and did what we needed-a full belly to start our day.
