Excellent will stay again.

The staff working at this Hotel were very helpful and friendly really stood out over hotels we usually stay in. We booked in Brisbane for the NYE fire works and were upgraded to a room over looking the story bridge. The food at the hotel is very good. Close to shops, walking tracks and restaurants.

Pillows. They did bring another set for us to try I think maybe I am use to my ones at home.

Very below average!

The location and the room was comfortable. Reservation staff were really helpful as we were having difficulties booking before arrival. The spinach soup was amazing. We were provided with a late checkout when we asked based on a list of complaints. The receptionist offered a free bottle of wine which we declined as we were sharing our experience to give constructive feedback.

The phone in our room did not work... $55 buffet breakfast was not worth the money and a dreadful version of a buffet breakfast, couldn't even drink the coffee... We were not able to book for Christmas breakfast, lunch or dinner without going through an external website and all was full except a 6 course dinner for $300. We paid for the executive lounge on a daily basis and the quality and service was below average. Our name was not on the E/L list so we had to continue to prove our payment daily. The best of all... we were asked to pay for our bill daily rather than during check out. In all my life I have never experienced this as there was no mini bar or any reason considering they had our credit card details and this was never verbalised during check in.

Great weekend away, very relaxing.

Breakfast was great. Included in room package. Rooms were comfortable and nice size.

Room service could have been better.. Meals were slightly underwhelming. The hot chips were the stand out.
