Very good

Perfect hotel for our visit to Rome

Such a great location! Only a short walk to Colosseum and Trevi Fountain amongst other Rome attractions. The staff were all incredibly friendly offering advice and a warm welcome.

Overall it was great! On the first day it was slightly difficult to find, as we arrived in the evening but the restaurant below kindly pointed out the entrance wed missed previously.

We had a nice time staying in Galatea, we wish the cleanung was better so it would be perfect

The people working there were very polite and always happy to help us and make suggestion to us. They covered all our needs. The breakfast was ok, there were options for everyone.

Cleaning service should be improved, and the roome needed to be improved (eg. refresh the wall paint)

The hotel service was at the highest level, very nice staff. There weren't enough options for breakfast, but everything was tasty and sufficient. Coffee was delicious.

The blanket that was on the bed was itchy and left a lot of hair on the sheets. The room was not very clean, I would say 6/10. There was some hair in the shower and near the sink.

Very central and cosy

Excellent location, just by via Nazionale. 10 minutes walk to either Termini Central Station and Cavour Metro station. The Colosseum is also a short walk away. We loved the breakfast as well as the staff, who went the extra mile to ensure we'd get the food we could enjoy (I'm lactose intolerant so they got me lactose free alternatives). The cleanliness also deserves a mention :)

The room was smaller and darker than the pictures made it look like. The hotel is in an old building: beautiful, but that also means that sound insulation is not great - I would recommend bringing some earplugs if you have trouble sleeping with different noises.

We stayed in four cities, and this hotel was the most unique experience we had.

Location was very convenient for seeing major tourist sites. The breakfast was decent but limited selection; similar to other Italian hotels. The hotel staff were all very nice, friendly, and accommodating.

As the name implies, "Boutique," is because it is one floor in a multi-floor building. That said, the room was decent and we had a courtyard balcony. The hotel has a different feel than other hotels.

Best breakfast ver in a hotel. Service and staff A1. location great for walking to attractions. Safe too.Room clean and comfortable. A good size.

Exceptional

Exceptional service from the moment we checked in until we left.

Perfect location, close enough to walk to all the main attractions between 10-15 minutes, but far enough away from the the very busy main streets. The customer service and friendliness of all staff is exceptional.

There is nothing we didnt like. We will definitely go back and will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
