Exceptional

It was perfect and absolutely recommended.

I loved the location of the hotel it was opposite the metro station, and the staff was really nice and helpful they were contacting restaurants to book a reservation for me. The room was nice and small the bathroom was really nice.

Great Stay!

The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The solo room was great value for money and had everything I needed! The hotel is also across the street from the train station which is perfect!

Housekeeping without checking the shampoo refill was empty. No hair dryer. Parking was pretty narrow.

Walking distance to all attractions in Lucerne. Comfy room. Very clean. Great breakfast buffet with fantastic bread, nice selection of cheeses etc. Parking available.

Perfect location for Mt Pilatus trip in a comfortable clean hotel

Great location close to the station but quiet. Very friendly helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable and easy to be in. The bed was nice and firm.

Porters were the nicest people. Most front desk staff except one or two seemed to hate any little request that required effort. We struggled with suitcases to our room and desk staff didnt care. Related restaurant staff were nice. Accidentally ran into managing director. Seemed arrogant and mean. Many lights in our room not working.

The location was great, staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and clean.

It is quite expensive, couldnt eat at the hotel restaurant as they were charging too much for breakfast and dinner. We also wanted to go to the gym and all that was there was two machines, dont think it should be called a gym
