Beautiful View, Wonderful Location, Some Major Issues

Pros- -Location!!! -Wonderful view with a patio -Fully equipped kitchen -Spacious Rooms -Has air conditioning in living room and ONE bedroom -Good WiFi -Manager really TRIED to handle the issues we had in a timely manner and most of them were more or less dealt with.

Cons: -Not all issues were not addressed fully during our 1 week stay unfortunately -Issues included: a spoon keeping a window closed, one bedroom was leaking water from the ceiling so significantly I had to line the floor with towels, the security door to the building kept locking everyone out (had to be propped open), the maintenance person showed up twice without notice to deliver items including two dirty and torn up chairs -Air conditioning in only ONE of the bedrooms -This apartment had a washer/dryer COMBO machine, looking at the online description I thought there was a separate dryer which was disappointing

Fabulous little apartment, the property is facing Bondi Beach and in a perfect location. The apartment had everything you needed and was spotless.

There was nothing to dislike about this property it was fabulous.

Top notch, would stay here again

It was a perfect location, quiet despite being in a busy, touristy neighbourhood. Bed was comfy and facilities great.

No lighting in the stairs to the room just meant I needed to use my phone light.

Best location to bondi beach, everything is nice and perfect. They even have espresso machine

We stayed during the summer and was having some extreme hot weather and heatwave. Fan is required during these times as ac does not cope much

Well located, great view, new and well-equipped serviced apartment. Thank you.

Excellent view of Bondi beach. Kids and wife enjoyed evening walks, proximity to Sculptures by the sea and gelato messini ice cream and Bondi ice bergs. Thanks very much

Parking was an issue and expensive, but we were prepared and knew of areas to use that were a short walk away.

Great location with a very userfriwndly facilities

Great location, great size, good kitchen facilities, big bathroom

Sitting room wasnt very welcoming, very small sofa, didnt want to spend time there. Outlook onto other building was a bit sad but wasnt expecting a view
