    Bon Hotel is Cool
    Amazing value and staff were just cool and helpful. Food special was also great. Bar and restaurant facilities enjoyable
    Bloemfontein central is terrible, the local municipality can help tourism by just doing their jobs. Roads around hotel have huge potholes, dirt every where. Bon Hotel must join the business community and put the local government under huge pressure to perform their paid for responsibilities

    The staff was nice and willing to assist.
    Unfortunately for safety purposes I was not able to stay in that hotel but I saw the rooms. Also, we were travelling with our kids and it just felt unsafe from when we drove in. The location is quite bad even though its next to shops I would never be able to walk there, dodgy characters hanging just outside the hotel. I also did not notice a security guard for a hotel thats downtown, that was something to consider.

    Rocky start but very well looked after.
    We had some problems with our stay. But after communicating our issues, the manager went out of their way to make up for the problems and we had very good service delivery. Even after we left, they went out of their way to ensure satisfaction. The hotel is beautiful and has the potential for an amazing holiday.
    The area was not the best at night, but there is safe parking, and the hotel, in general, is safe.

    The noise from the toilet after flushing was very loud. The hotel can work on that.

    The memorabilia and classic feel of the hotel. The bar was lovely with an excellent meal special.
    There was nothing I did not like but small things of the hotel can always be maintained better.
