Great food, friendly staff, simple yet comfy bungalows with hot shower & toilet! Nice Spa, whirlpool is lovely with cool water. Drinking water for bottle refill is provided, free. Easy Tuktuk with Pass APP. Mosquito net is very good for both insects and geckos (gecko poop)

For us the "natural swimming pool" was not so inviting, although others enjoyed it. After 3 days, we needed a break from the constant cigarette smoke in the dining and swimming areas, so we wandered to another resort to eat, swim and relax during the daytime. For this reason, I only recommend to stay here if smoking does not bother you, otherwise it is a strong consideration.

Great and restful time

We had a great time at Bohemiaz resort. It's really worth it for the price. Close to kampot but in the nature. So very quiet. We were in a small "hobbit" house. Our teens really enjoyed. They had their own beds and we, parents, were above in the mezzanine. The bathroom has all you need. The staff is very friendly and helped us find tuk tuk, for our journeys, around. They offer you many options for visiting or give you great advice, if you want to organize your day by your own. You can also book motos for 6 dollars the day. The food is amazing with a large range of options (gluten-free, dairy-free...) We didn't try the spa. However the swimming pool was great. Even if some person complains about the color, I'd just say it's natural and it's great to relax after a hot and dusty day. There is a pool and on Sundays, there are quiz night. We did it and had fun.

Menu prices were a bit high comparing with pricing in Cambodia but options for special dietary are quite expensive in general, so it makes sense... Not so easy to go to the resort by your own when you don't know the surroundings. The road is not paved, so you need to be careful with a moto.

Superb

Rooms are very basic but the place is nice if you want something out of town to chill. The staff are helpful, this is the second time weve stayed here. Michelle the owner is great. Food here is excellent, especially the avocado on toast! Highly recommend this place

Nice and relaxed accommodation

Very calm and green accommodation just outside Kampot. The staff is nice and helpful, and the food is delicious. We enjoyed the general atmosphere at Bohemiaz, which was super relaxed.

The place feels a bit run down. It would need a fresh coat of paint here and there, a new mattress, moskito net and bed sheets (ours had holes).

Superb

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were wonderful, the facilities are reasonable but are a little run down after COVID . Rady organised us tuk tuks also a trip to the pepper plantation, caves and salt pans which was excellent. There is a good restaurant on site and we ate a few dinners and breakfast every day. You do need to use a tuk tuk to get to town and back but they are pretty cheap and easy to organise.

Very good

A fabulous place to chill out and get away from the busy town. Being so close to nature and great cocktails.

The food was amazing and so were the staff. Really friendly and helpful.

Could do with some new mattresses and pillows.

Not too bad.

The staff were lovely and the food in the restaurant was very good.

There is no AC in the room so the rooms are very hot even with a fan. Mosquitos can also easily get into the rooms and the mosquito nets over the beds had a few holes in them.

Very good

The facilities were nice (swimming pool and restaurant), although the swimming pool could use a little more maintenance and in the restaurant we received different meals than we expected and had ordered. Staff and owner were friendly and in general there was a nice and relaxed atmosphere.

The rooms are not entirely closed off, so we had some ants and mosquitoes in our room and bed. Not uncommon compared to other places we stayed though, and can be expected for the price. Bathroom couldn't be closed off from the bedroom and one of the fans didn't work.
