The Biverah Hotel & Suites provided exceptional service and made the stay memorable for senior citizens. The staff packed breakfast for early departure, which was uncommon. The Restaurant incharge of (Read More)fered exemplary service. The hotel had helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, great food and pub, and provided a great experience. Highly recommended for travel to Trivandrum.

its not a great property the staff are good and doing their best

the rooms need renovation the fixtures are rundown bathrooms are mouldy

The suite was good and good size room

Breakfast options less only indian options, no western options, rooms need to be clean. no late checkouts were given.

Very good

Beveraha is back to the pre-covid days, which means they have improved a lot on all fronts of customer satisfaction.

The hotel insisted on an upfront payment even though I was using this hotel for the last 6 years.

Everything is fine except the 7am to 10am rush which if avoided, will be a pleasant stay.

Food quality especially the lunch was good

The dining hall and lift etc is not equipped to take the full room capacity. From around 7am to 10am, there is no place to sit or walk anywhere near the dining hall. Also the lift is always busy during the same time. I took the steps from the 6th floor during this time.

Poorly managed below average hotel

Breakfast was below average stuffs, the male staffs at the breakfast were with poor manners to all customers

Cleanliness was not there, smelly rooms, adjacent room painting was going on and the smell of paint was making suffocating. In the cool bar, the refrigerator was not working. Food was average. Restaurant cleanliness was not okay.
