Not worth it

Friendly staff and close to old town

The bathroom constantly smelled like poop. It made me so nauseous that I couldn't use it. I notified the staff, but they couldn't seem to fix it. The deluxe room didn't look like the photos, and there was no usable balcony. No mirrors outside the bathroom and poor lighting.

Great facilities

The facilities were excellent: everything worked and it was clean.

The staff was friendly but not particularly helpful: no maps to explore around, their English was very limited, nobody offered me a shuttle from the airport when booking which would have helped loads. I booked a room with a double bed and they said that I had been upgraded but I was given a room with two beds which is not what I wanted.

Goof place if you like to explore the old town

Staff were helpful, location if you want to be in town

would have been nice to have soap at basin, also bathroom floor needed fixing as tile were moving under your feet.

Only fault was we could have done with more toilet roll , as one per day wasnt enough, as not like toilet rolls in uk very thin and not much on them

Wouldnt stay here again unless we had the more expensive deluxe room that we had the first night.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights but had a different room on the first night and was unable to book that for a second night or we would have done that. First room was outstanding, really clean, just lovely. Pool access - big. Staff were lovely. Really helpful and kind.

First room as per previous review was outstanding, really clean, really spacious and pool access. Agreed - we had paid extra for the first room but the second room we had was more pricey than the average rooms you could get elsewhere for less money) not a complaint - just a comparison. The second night we had been upgraded free of charge too so the rooms were upgraded. The rooms were on a different building and just a little bit old, tired, run down and grubby. The lift was stinking, dirty marks on one side of the lift ? A lump of mud? Not sure? But it was above the keypad in the lift?
