Very good

It was a nice area to stay in, we felt safe for ourselves and our vehicle.

Overall, the staff at the front desk were exceptional and the rooms were clean.

Coffee was not replenished in room one day nor full trash can emptied, it was like the room was bypassed.

Superb

We would stay again but only if we got a first floor room, bcecause of the kids.

Location was great and the overall environment of the hotel was friendly.

Had a family and anytime they would bounce around (not overly) we would get a complaint. The hotels quiet time started at 9:30 and the pool closes at 10.

Superb

A place to remember.

Breakfast was good. Really liked that coffee was available all day. Rooms were very nice and staff was super friendly. Hotel looked brand new. Well taken care of.

The couch mattress in the room was non-existent and no pillows were supplied for it. Would be nice to have a thicker mattress in the couch and pillows/blankets in closet.

I will be coming back often to his hotel.

I have been coming to this hotel for many years. Since it became a Best Western and was remodeled, it is now an exceptional hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

We did have one issue that was disconcerting. On two nights we woke up to smelling cigarette smoke seeping into the room. The front desk was very understanding and tried to be helpful, but the smoke lingered for hours. Not sure how people can smoke in a non-smoking hotel.

The kids enjoyed the pool. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The room was very accommodating with fridge, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher. The breakfast was great with many many options!

Very slow elevator. Only one elevator. Pool operating times. Hot tub not very hot.
